"New Energy Power System" 新能源电力系统

The global energy landscape is evolving rapidly, spurred by technological advancements and growing concerns about climate change. As a result, the development of new energy power systems has become a critical focus of research and innovation. The concept of a new energy power system encompasses various topics, including renewable energy sources, energy storage, smart grids, electric vehicles, and energy efficiency. Advancements in these areas have the potential to revolutionize the way we generate, distribute, and consume energy, and to create a more sustainable, reliable, and resilient energy infrastructure.

We invite you to contribute to and participate in ICSGSC 2023, to be held in Lanzhou, China from September 22nd to 24th, 2023. ICSGSC is an annual conference series that has been held since 2017. The 7th International Conference on Smart Grid and Smart Cities (ICSGSC) is a platform for presenting outstanding results and addressing new challenges facing the field of Smart Grid and Smart Cities. Accordingly, we have chosen "New Energy Power System" as the theme of the conference. This event brings together experts from industry, academia, and government experienced in engineering, design, and research.

ICSGSC 2023 is sponsored by Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China, and hosted by the School of New Energy and Power Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China; Patroned by the State Key Laboratory of Large Electric Drive System and Equipment Technology; IEEE PES Lanzhou Chapter; Energy Internet Technology and Equipment R&D Gansu International Science and Technology Cooperation Base; Gansu Provincial Key Laboratory of Avionics Action; and Gansu Provincial Key Laboratory of Solar Power System Engineering. 

ICSGSC 2023 offers a comprehensive program, including keynote speeches, invited talks, panel discussions, and regular papers. We look forward to your contributions and participation in making this event a resounding success. The excellent presentation and best paper award will be granted, serving as an incentive to attend. We hope that you will join us at ICSGSC 2023.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICSGSC2023 conference Proceedings.

How to Submit/投稿方式 

Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work not currently under review by other publications. All submissions must be done electronically through the Electronic Submission System before April 30th, 2023.
